The flirty dress, which she paired with a matching red handbag and minimalistic silver sandals, is quite possibly the perfect summer date-night dress; after all, it's flattering (thanks to the waist tie), just dressy enough, and will keep you cool on balmy evenings.

We couldn't help but think of Cher Horowitz in her trademark red minidress when we spotted her, as Alicia Silverstone's Clueless-esque red dress at the CFDA Awards was still top of mind. Not to mention that the '90s invasion in the fashion world is still going strong.
