Grace Coddington has taken on a myriad of interesting projects (including launching her own perfume) since she announced that she was stepping down as creative director of American Vogue. Her latest endeavor marks a return to her roots as a model.

Coddington is one of the new stars of Calvin Klein's #MyCalvins campaign for fall, alongside the likes of Kate Moss and It model Anna Ewers. Former #MyCalvins campaign stars include none other than Kendall Jenner, Justin Bieber, and FKA Twigs. Coddington told Vogue of being asked to join the campaign, “It felt really flattering to be asked, because I think that the campaign is full of very cool young people. They can’t think I’m young because I’m not, but I guess they think I’m cool because think the whole campaign seemed to be about being cool.” For the record, we think she's very cool.

As fate would have it, Vogue pointed out that it was Calvin Klein himself that first brought Coddington to the U.S. (in 1987) to serve as the brand's design director. Coddington's ads feature the icon wearing two all-black looks designed by Francisco Costa, the brand's former creative director.
