Major congratulations are in order: Miranda Kerr is engaged! Kerr announced the news on her Instagram today, complete with a photo of her gorgeous, enormous ring, as well as a custom Bitmoji Snapchat filter—which makes sense considering her fiancé is Evan Spiegel, the founder and CEO of Snapchat.

Kerr gushed about Spiegel in an interview with The Edit back in January, revealing that she first met him when she sat next to him at a work dinner with Louis Vuitton. "You can’t close yourself off from love," Kerr told The Edit. "I try to keep my heart open and not feel afraid."

She went on to say that they have a very normal, low-key life together. "He’s 25, but he acts like he’s 50," she told The Edit. "He’s not out partying. He goes to work in Venice [Beach], he comes home. We don’t go out. We’d rather be at home and have dinner, go to bed early." Congratulations to the happy couple!
