As fashion-lovers grow older, they tend to gain a better and better understanding of their own style aesthetic. Whether that style is feminine, tomboyish, minimalist, maximalist, or anything in-between, knowing what you like and don't like is a huge help when it comes to curating your wardrobe. You know which trends to invest in and which ones to skip. 

However, we'd like to introduce you to a trend that many style girls would normally shy away from but we think can totally work—wearing bright pink. To make this tricky color work, we took inspiration from the ultimate source of casual cool, a French blogger. Anne-Laure Mais of Adénorah showed us how its done by styling a pink vintage tee with an of-the-moment denim skirt along and summery sandals. That plus a black bandana looped around her neck added just enough edge to make the look feel trendy and not overly girly.
