We’ve reached that point in the summer when we all start to feel a little sartorial wanderlust in the form of a fresh new crop of trends. While we’ve been studying the fall runways for months now, and celebs and street style stars have already begun trying some upcoming trends on for size, we wanted to get the facts. To do so, we went straight to an expert on the matter, Melissa Moylan, creative director of womenswear at trend forecasting company Fashion Snoops. As in previous seasons, Moylan shed some light on exactly what to wear this fall by narrowing down the plethora of trends we’re facing to only the most important ones. (One is so major that It girls even started wearing it in sweltering July!)
