What do you remember about 2006?

Well, for starters, you probably weren’t reading this on your phone, because the iPhone didn’t exist. It’s highly probable that you were into MySpace that year, or maybe you were in college and had a Facebook account to check. It’s also possible you didn’t spend much time online at all, other than to check out party picture websites (WireImage) to see what fashion-forward celebs (the Olsens) wore while out and about (at Hyde) the night before, write about their style choices and how they fit into the fashion cycle as a whole, and link to where to buy those exact items.

Oh wait, that was us!

As of this month, we’ve officially been in business for 10 years, and it’s honestly rather astonishing to think about how much WhoWhatWear.com and the digital world have changed over the last decade. When we started this company, we published one story a day and felt so tremendously lucky and grateful that we immediately connected with you, dear readers. Since then, this company has grown to include four content brands, a line of clothing and accessories at Target, three books, and even UK and Australia site expansions.

So what’s stayed the same? Well, we still feel incredibly lucky and grateful to have the greatest audience in the world, and we cannot thank you enough for your amazing support over the years. You make this all possible, so thank you, thank you, thank you!

On that note, in thinking back over the past decade of work and getting a little nostalgic about all the amazing style-minded women and fashion trends we’ve covered, we had an idea. What if we brought the last 10 years of Who What Wear to life? It sounds a little crazy, but we decided to do just that and are so excited to announce the #WWW10 Experience.

This Thursday, November 3, through Sunday, November 13, we’re unveiling a museum retrospective dedicated to the past decade of fashion, pop culture, and street style, all from the Who What Wear perspective. It will include everything from an exhibition of Nicole Richie’s go-to sunglasses to a room dedicated to every major denim moment over the last 10 years. I’m not one to peg too much on astrology. Maybe our future is written in the stars, but I like to have a firm handle on my own destiny. The latest collection of Yeezy boots were just released, and you can expect to soon see them on the feet of Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, Emily Ratajkowski, and every other Yeezy-loving It girl who can get her hands on them. Vanity Fair just released its new December 2016 cover, starring Adele, and we're completely obsessed. The photo shoot features the singer in some of the most striking looks we've ever seen her wear, from a red gown billowing in the wind to an embellished tulle dress. (Sidenote: She would look stunning in either of these looks at the Grammys in just a few short months.)

In the accompanying interview, Adele discussed everything from her album writing strategy to her 4-year-old son, but we immediately zeroed in on her wise words about the importance of female mentors in her life. "Every day as I get older, I appreciate women more and more," she told Vanity Fair. "When you're between the ages of 15 and 19, maybe you see women as competition, as opposed to lifesavers and people that hold your hand and have experienced pretty much everything that you have. So the more women in my life the better." Amen to that.

When you mix a hotter-by-the-minute supermodel and one of the biggest names in blogging, the results are bound to be stylish. Earlier this month, we introduced you to Second Skin Overalls, the new clothing line from Danielle Bernstein of We Wore What. Of course, we were immediately in love with the idea, but now that her wares have none other than Bella Hadid's stamp of approval, we're obsessed anew.

If you’ve ever had any doubts as to Lily-Rose Depp’s status as the fashion world’s current darling, this should convince you otherwise. It was just revealed that the 17-year-old just landed her first (likely of many) Vogue cover, for the December issue of British Vogue. The actress and model is having a busy fall, with the release of her first Chanel commercial and of her film The Dancer, and her film Planetarium (alongside Natalie Portman) set to release in November. While this marks Depp’s first cover for the prestigious glossy, she’s no stranger to the pages of Vogue, having notably appeared in a Vogue Paris spread last year.

With Depp’s celebrity pedigree (in the form of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis as parents), an ethereal look, a hefty social media following, and now a Vogue cover under her belt, we’re predicting that 2017 will bring even more success for the fashion girl.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!! This year Cody and I decided to do another glam theme look (you can see last years look here). We had it down to 2 different options and decided on vampires (saving the other idea for next year)! I wanted it to feel vintage with dark tones and decided on the this dress to set the tone. The colors were perfect and I loved the jacquard detailing. I also added this velvet choker (under $30) and this strappy and lace bralette to add some detailing and interest to the look. I love how all the straps layed in the back with the bra and dress overlay.

The make up was really key, thanks to my amazingly talented friends Jill and Tatum who did my hair and makeup! We used a deep bordeaux lip (this one in shade miss conduct with a black lip liner), pale makeup, a bit of glitter, and a dramatic smokey eye. And the best accessories for a more realistic look were the add-on fangs and colored contacts (how cool did this pink pair turn out?! Cody stuck to red for more of a hungry vampire look). Voila!

Cody and I did our first Facebook live last night! Did any of you guys watch? It was a lot longer than I thought it was going to be lol, sorry if we rambled! But it was so much fun! We are going to do another one this Sunday, so if there is something in particular you want to see let me know 🙂
