You might assume that Jennifer Lawrence has a hot-and-cold relationship with heels. After all, the actress, Dior spokesmodel, and all-around dream celebrity BFF has taken a few tumbles in heels during some very important moments—award ceremonies, premieres… We’re sure your remember. But in her latest profile for Vanity Fair, the cover star appears in an accompanying video where she shows absolutely no sign of parting with any tricky-to-walk-in footwear.

Within the few first moments of “128 Seconds With Jennifer Lawrence,” the 26-year-old admits that she prefers high heels, even when given the option of flats—a silhouette that probably causes less, though not necessary zero, red carpet falls. It just goes to show that Lawrence can’t be held down. Furthermore, like many of us who’ve had our share of embarrassing moments, she can’t resist beautiful shoes with some height, regardless of the risk.
