Do you have a no-go list when it comes to shoes? Perhaps flatforms are off the table for you, or you think over-the-knee boots are too hard to pull off? Well, Chrissy Teigen's least-favorite shoe style happens to be one of the most popular: flats. That's right, the model is not a fan of anything without a heel—and she has very specific reasons why.

In a new interview with Popsugar, Teigen explained why she hates the style. "I'm very uncomfortable in flats," she told the site. "My calves are actually abnormally tight, [and I'm] flat footed and very relaxed in a six-inch heel. It's very bad for your lower back, and I have to see a chiropractor twice a week because of it."

She went on to call out two styles of flats she especially dislikes: flip-flops and ballet flats. "I can't even wear Havaianas flip-flops because I don't like things in between my toes," she told Popsugar. "Ballet flats look goofy on me because you can see the shape of my foot through them."
