As harsh as the winter weather can be sometimes, we love a good excuse to break out our coziest clothes as much as the next fashion girl. It looks like Emma Roberts is on the same page because she just wore an outfit that looks particularly warm and comfortable for even the chilliest days.

The actress was spotted in New York in a slouchy gray beanie, fuzzy blue coat and scarf, striped J Brand top, dark indigo jeans, every It girl's favorite Dear Frances boots, and a cinched-up Elisabeth Weinstock bag slung over her shoulder. It may sound like a mouthful, but it's all of those carefully chosen layers that are keeping her warm. Not only do we love the way she wore coordinated hues but varied textures, but we also appreciate that she hasn't given up on the bucket bag yet. All in all, this is one winter ensemble we'd be happy to wear out anytime.
