The fashion world's equivalent of the Super Bowl has arrived. That's right, The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is on tonight, which means you can expect sparkle, lingerie, and super-strong abs aplenty. Performances from Lady Gaga, The Weeknd, and Bruno Mars make this year an extra-special event too. But, first things first, before the runway kicks off, you'll want to tune in to the live pre-show.

Starting at 9 p.m., the pre-show features your favorite models, including Elsa Hosk, Lily Aldridge, and Jasmine Tookes. Expect runway tips and tricks, a workout move or two (because who doesn’t want the secret to those Angel six-packs), and even a BTS look at the casting process before the big day. Consider this a kick-off to the TV event fashion girls have had their DVR set for all year long.
