This Is What Fashion Girls Will Be Wearing with Their Levi's in 2017

When looking back at the fashion brands that had a very good year in 2016, a particularly unique celeb-loved one instantly comes to mind. Los Angeles-based RE/DONE started off by taking vintage Levi's and reworking them to reflect current denim trends in the form of cropped flares and high-rise ankle-frayed, to name a few of their most popular styles. Over the course of the year, the brand expanded into T-shirts, via a collaboration with Hanes and more recently, their own graphic and striped tees, denim jackets, and their own future-vintage line of denim, coined the Originals collection. Trendsetting It girls like Kendall Jenner, Emily Ratajkowski, Bella Hadid, and practically every style blogger around the world are obsessed with RE/DONE's cool creations.

The brand's latest release comes in the form of another collaboration, this time with Champion, who experienced a resurgence of their own this year, thanks to collaborations with Vetements and endorsements by e-tailers Ssense, My Theresa, Urban Outfitters, and ASOS. RE/DONE has brilliantly reworked an array of vintage Champion sweatshirts and hoodies for the collection and the resulting styles are perfectly oversized, making them the ideal complement to skinny jeans, leggings, and of course, the brand's reworked vintage Levi's. According to the descriptions, the sweatshirts are actually flattering, a rare commodity for the notoriously comfy piece. The brand states of one of the styles, "We took its baggy silhouette and created a sweatshirt that is paradoxically oversized and shapely. The oversized fit of the sweatshirt doesn’t overwhelm the wearer, but rather flatters while still maintaining its comfort."   That's all the convincing we need!
