It’s official: Beyoncé and Jay Z’s family is getting bigger, and Blue Ivy is going to be a big sister. The singer announced her pregnancy today on Instagram, but a baby on the way is not the most surprising part of the news. The Carter family is welcoming two new additions. That’s right: Beyoncé is expecting twins.

Dressed in lingerie and showing off her growing belly, Bey appeared in the social media post with the caption “We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes. - The Carters.”

To say we’re excited and overjoyed for the family is quite the understatement. Just think about it: With a family of five, one day the Carters could become their very own touring, recording, and incredibly stylish musical act.
