A deep neckline or waistline cutout is expected to add a flirty element to any dress. But at the Erdem London Fashion Week show today, the brand that’s already well established for its elegance, prints, and gorgeously feminine gowns, took a few different routes when it comes to peekaboo details.

With flashes of skin at the sternum, the bicep, and the collarbone, for instance, a few of the many red-carpet worthy dresses took a not-so-obvious approach to showing skin. These less expected silhouettes also complemented other demure details from Erdem's Autumn/Winter 2017 designs, including lush wallpaper florals, fringe, and soft, sheer statement sleeves.
