Remember back in the dark ages when shapewear could best be described as "blah"? It was functional and that was pretty much it. Luckily, those days are in the past and veteran shapewear brand Spanx is leading the charge when it comes to attractive shapewear. And they just released their prettiest collection to date.

Coined the "spotlight on lace" collection, it's marketed as their first-ever bridal line, but it's filled with pieces that anyone who wants pretty lingerie with added shapewear would love. Including in the line-up are a slimming lace bodysuit and two styles of briefs, and our favorite: a gorgeous bralette, which is the most on-trend of bra styles at the moment. Among the many features that the bralette contains are a built-in sling that lifts and offers comfortable support, adjustable and convertible straps that can be worn 5 ways, and zero padding and underwire. This is the definition of a functional bralette that can (and should) be shown off.  And with sizes ranging from XS to 2X and four pretty color options,  we're guessing this will quickly become a best-seller.
