“I was thinking about a typical night out with me and my friends,” Martha Hunt tells us about the shoes she designed with Nights With. And while you might assume that an evening on the town for the model and Victoria's Secret Angel could include an amazing pair of heels, in this case it doesn't. The result of her inspiration are a pair of pink, platform sneakers with a smooth waxed leather finish.

The casual but definitely not run-of-the-mill shoes are not only the debut design piece from the model, they're also a bit of an ode to the city she lives in. “I’ve always loved sneakers and, specially being a New York girl, I think that it’s a staple because we walk everywhere. And you can wear this kind of fashion sneaker with anything.”

According to the 27 year old, the coolest part about shoes are their versatility to be paired with anything from a dress to classic vintage Levi's to her favorite pair of leggings. And despite the fact that they're far from a typical and ubiquitous white sneaker, "that color just works with everything," she says of the dusty rose.
