New York is one of the fashion capitals of the world, but last night was all about Los Angeles. Celebrities upped their style game and came out in droves for the annual Fashion Los Angeles Awards, hosted by The Daily Front Row. The night honored designers, models, and influencers alike for contributions to fashion, which of course meant the red carpet looks were killer. 

And what’s a buzzy red carpet without Kim Kardashian? Kardashian made an appearance in a beaded sheer and bridal-white Givenchy gown. If you think this was a typical Kardashian red carpet look though, think again. Her dress had a surprise twist to it that wasn't immediately visible when she posed for photographs.

The beading on Kardashian's dress glowed in the dark, creating a shimmery, star-like effect when the lights went down. Leave it to Kardashian to wear a beautiful gown with an even more beautiful twist.

Other red carpet pros included Stella Maxwell (who won Model of the Year), Kiersey Clemons, Dree Hemingway, Lily Aldridge, Jhene Aiko, and Hailey Baldwin.
