Dressing for the office doesn’t have to be difficult, especially if you’ve read our style guidelines every woman should follow and the 10 commandments of dressing for any workplace. Today, we’re adding another token of office attire advice to the list. During a recent brainstorm our Co-Founder, Hillary Kerr mentioned a simple yet highly useful tip that I thought was too good not to share.

“I’ve always felt that if an outfit requires a “stunt bra”—meaning: strapless, one shoulder, or whatever—it probably isn’t the best choice for the office. It’s a boring rule of thumb, but I think it’s important to err on the side of professionalism versus the ultimate expression of your personal style, at least when you’re at work,” she recommends. We’ve all been there, at some point in our career, trying on an outfit and second guessing if it’s right for the office or not. The next time you’re in that situation remember to play by Kerr’s rule to avoid any regrettable outfit decisions.

To name a few, they're less common than other metallics, they're flattering on any skin tone, they're versatile, and, well, they're pink. Thanks to all of that, when a new pair of rose gold shoes comes on our radar, we pretty much stop what we're doing. The checked print has permeated the fashion landscape thanks to its playful nature and seasonally appropriate allure, and we love it in all forms—swimwear, tops, shoes, and dresses. So it's no surprise that Olivia Munn's recent getup has us smitten.

The actress's adorable gingham dress fuses the trend with yet another of-the-moment detail: an off-the-shoulder silhouette. Kendall Jenner basically reinvents herself on a daily basis as of late, sartorially speaking. One week she's wearing naked pants at the airport, the next she's wearing a Sandy from Grease look at Cannes, and the next (as in, today) she's wearing mom jeans on the sidewalks of NYC. And not just slim mom-inspired jeans. We're talking full-on high-waisted, baggy, tapered, and cropped mom jeans, similar to the ones your actual mom might've worn in the '80s. The beauty of Kendall Jenner's style is that she takes risks, keeps us guessing, and rocks whatever she's wearing with confidence. If she wore the same type of safe look every day, the world wouldn't follow her style as closely as we do. Her latest "'80s mom" look is just another example of how she keeps things fresh, day after day.

If you’ve been paying attention, you probably already saw this Kendall Jenner news coming. Just last week, the model posted a #TBT of her as a child wearing a white Adidas T-shirt, and in totally related news, today Jenner officially announced her latest campaign with the athletic brand.

In her newest Instagram post, Jenner slides right into (literally) her new post as the ambassador with the iconic sportswear brand. “Officially joining the Adidas fam!,” she captioned her Boomerang while wearing a full tracksuit with that famous triple stripe logo.

This it not only the first time Jenner—who’s clearly a bit of a sneakerhead—has partnered with an athletic line, but it’s also a huge career moment. Gigi Hadid. Bella Hadid, and even her sister, Kylie, have already secured sponsorships from other sports brands—Reebok, Nike, and Puma, respectively—and now she can check off the box on her own career bucket list.

Pretty much every time I come across something I'd like to buy, the first question I ask myself is if I should wait for it to go on sale or if it's worth buying on the spot. While there are plenty of factors that lead to the ultimate decision (first and foremost, budget), there's a handy no-fail trick that I use almost every time prior to making a purchase, especially on Zara. So many people are shopping the site at any given time that a piece can be gone in the blink of an eye.

So here's my hack: I add the item in question in my size to my cart and press the + arrow until I receive an error message saying "No more units available". And then I know how many of the item are left in stock. If it's less than 10 and I'd regret it if the piece slipped away, I complete the order (but not the items from cart and re-adding just one!). If it's a large number, I know that I can probably wait a bit. For example, there are currently 36 of this adorable $36 straw bag available and just one of this adorable $36 straw bag. 

With this handy online shopping hack, I rarely miss out on something I really want because I decided to sleep on it. It's a no-fail method for gauging the urgency of a purchase on any site, especially the treasure trove that is Zara.
