Summertime style calls for crochet, crop tops, and showing a little more skin. However, celebrities are upping the ante ahead of the season, flaunting beach-ready summer styles—nowhere near the beach. While the "naked" look is an It girl-favorite for the red carpet, fashion girls have since taken the trend to the street. Kendall Jenner was spotted in a fully crochet sheer getup at LAX airport last week, setting a new standard for wearing naked pants off-duty. Most recently, fellow model Bella Hadid followed in her footsteps, donning a similar all-white crochet ensemble (that was equally sheer) while in Cannes over the weekend. Hadid has just stepped out on the red carpet in a naked dress for the amFAR Gala but this naked look was certainly more laid-back. The crop top and drawstring pant outfit was decidedly beachy, especially worn over the white bikini Hadid styled it with, but she paired the pieces with white sneakers for a vibe a tad more street.
