Today Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is released in theaters. And whether that means your Friday night movie plans are set, or it means, well, nothing at all, there’s one takeaway that every fashion fan can appreciate. Namely, the red carpet style of the up-and-coming actress Pom Klementieff.

While a glance at her IMBD page will show that Klementieff’s been in the industry for quite some time, the actress of French, Korean, and Russian decent, who earned her acting chops while studying in Paris, has most recently come to our attention over the last couple months. She plays the role of Mantis in the major motion picture, and, what’s more, she has been quite the scene stealer as far as style goes. She’s worn everything from quirky party dresses by Giambattista Valli to chic, gingham Altuzarra suits while promoting her film. Even Karl Lagerfeld seems smitten, as Klementieff sat front row at Chanel’s runway show during Paris Fashion Week.
