Oftentimes, Selena Gomez hits the nail on the head when it comes to exactly what we'd like to be wearing at that given moment. Such was exactly the case this weekend in NYC, where she's currently visiting. After seeing Gomez step out in one perfect outfit after another, we'd love to borrow the current contents of her suitcase. 

A couple things, in particular, stood out to us among Gomez's looks: She has a new It-girl item to end all It-girl items, and she's the first celeb we've spotted wearing a piece from Alexa Chung's new namesake label (aside from Chung herself). The Alexachung piece in question is a slightly cropped, striped mohair sweater tank and the It-girl item in question is the JW Anderson Mini Pierce Bag. A pink mini Pierce Bag, that is, which encompasses two other major handbag trends on the scene right now. 

While Gomez may be the first major celebrity to wear Chung's new line, she certainly won't be the last, and we're guessing this won't be the last appearance we see of her new pink mini bag, either. As you can see, it goes with pretty much anything.
