You could say that Lululemon was the brand that started the whole legging craze. This editor, for one, remembers a time in the not-too-distant past when Lululemon was the only legging brand I'd wear. And its popularity has undoubtedly prevailed in the activewear realm. 

Lululemon doesn't do many collaborations, so you know that it's going to feel strongly about the ones it does. Its latest is with the NYC-based Taryn Toomey, creator of ultra-popular cult workout The Class. The studio refers to itself as "cathartic mind-body experience." Toomey shared with Well + Good her reason for wanting to collaborate with the brand: “It just made sense because I wore Lululemon—it’s literally the only pant I wear. The way they think and speak about mindfulness, movement, consciousness, and community is all in line with what I do.”

The limited-edition collection with Lululemon consists of 11 soft, ballet-inspired pieces, but it was the two legging styles that stood out to us, naturally. Both the capri-length and the cropped options feature beautiful color options, a flattering higher-than-high waistband, and pretty gathered hems. It's not surprising in the least that almost every color in both styles are nearly sold out after just being released yesterday.
