Bella Hadid's ability to pull off any look (no matter how bold) with confidence is seriously impressive. She keeps the world guessing with her outside-the-box outfits like few other celebrities can. For her latest head-turning look, she took two pieces that you probably wouldn't think to put together and made it cool: Bermuda jorts and naked shoes (stilettos, specifically). 

To complement her Re/Done shorts and Dear Frances heels, Hadid chose a white crop top with a white button-down layered over it, and a ladylike mini bag to finish off the heat wave-appropriate look. While some would call it a faux pas to wear long, tight cut-offs with heels, Hadid pulled the look off like the sartorial pro she is.
