There's a new royal baby in town: Princess Sofia of Sweden's brand new son. The stylish royal—who was the epitome of chic throughout her pregnancy—has given birth to a new bundle of joy, whose name is being kept a secret for now. The baby joins his older brother, one-year-old Prince Alexander, creating an adorable family of four. 

"The Office of The Marshal of the Realm is delighted to announce that HRH Princess Sofia gave birth to a healthy child Thursday the 31 August 2017 at 11:24 a.m. at Danderyd Hospital," the royal family said in a statement. "Both mother and child are in good health."

As every royal aficionado knows, Princess Sofia married Prince Carl Philip in June 2015 at the Royal Palace of Stockholm. Fittingly, the princess chose a Swedish designer to dream up her wedding dress: Ida Sjöstedt. She chose a beautiful long-sleeve lace gown that became an instant classic. Congratulations to the couple!
