We can track our excitement for Olivia Palermo’s new Banana Republic line all the way back to June, when the style star appeared on the red carpet for the CFDA Awards in a look plucked right from the new lineup. Now, with Fashion Week around the corner and the Banana Republic show a little less than two weeks away, the video below provides a bit of further excitement.  And luckily, more insight into the collection itself.

In an exclusive look, the Banana Republic x Olivia Palermo teaser shows at least three awesome jacket trends Palermo’s banking on: military, trench, and a style that has a statement-making ruffle collar. Like the collaborator herself, the collection look polished and fashion forward in a way that lets us know there’ll be plenty of work wardrobe upgrades to look forward to once the line officially drops on September 9.
