Former President Barack Obama turns 56 years old today, and Michelle knew exactly how to celebrate. The former first lady posted an adorable throwback photo on Instagram from 13 years ago. Malia was just six years old, and Sasha was three—how cute were they?

"Another year older, but the same phenomenal guy I married nearly 25 years ago," Michelle captioned the photo. "Happy birthday, @BarackObama—we love you so much!" Since the photo was taken back in 2004, Malia and Sasha have become stylish teenagers, but it's safe to say their family is still just as cute.
