You can study the runways and make predictions as to what the biggest trends will be until you're blue in the face, but we've found that it's all speculation until fashion month kicks off each September. That's when we really get to see what fashion girls are actually going to be wearing this season, as opposed to just ogling something that's on the runway. 

Given that New York Fashion Week just wrapped up, we've been studying the street style from the busy week, and the trend we spotted more than any other was the oversize plaid blazer trend. This happens to be a Who What Wear editor favorite, and even before NYFW kicked off, we noticed that plaid blazers were selling out left and right, from the wallet-friendly options from Zara to the splurgy-worthy options from Tibi. But luckily, we tracked a few really good ones down that still (miraculously) have sizes in stock.
