We don't see much of Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling, so when we do, we get quite excited. In the past few weeks, they have made some rare public outings. Last week, Eva was out in New York City with their 3-year-old daughter, and just this weekend, Eva and Ryan were spotted together in the city. So what prompted this rare couple sighting? Saturday Night Live.

Eva stepped out to support Ryan as he hosted the season 43 premiere of SNL. They then attended the show's after-party, hand in hand, looking adorable in perfectly coordinated '70s-inspired ensembles. Eva opted for a bold-patterned two-piece set, which she paired with black platform heels. Ryan, sticking with the retro theme, styled a patterned V-neck sweater with a jean jacket and blue trousers (#couplegoals and #outfitgoals).

Of course, the couple never fails to impress us (and we're not just talking about their styling choices). Now we're eagerly waiting for their next appearance,  hopefully wearing another coordinated look.
