The high street has been invaded by polka-dot prints, and a few months in you'd be forgiven for thinking that the dotty obsession would be settling down. But this spring, a Topshop polka dress caused what we can only describe as fashion panic. It's a white silky dress with a V-neck front and back and two polka-dot prints meshed together. With clashing prints, ruffles and a "how do I wear a bra with that?" neckline, it might sound like a tricky purchase, but somehow it works perfectly all together. The dress has been re-stocked three times now, but sells out almost as soon as it goes online. Today it is back, causing quite the shopping panic.
