Olivia Palermo is no stranger to budget buys—she’s been spotted lately in a Zara suit and under-$100 striped trousers (at couture week, no less). Her latest affordable find comes from one of our favorite British retailers, Topshop. She was spotted en route to the gym in New York City wearing Topshop’s Airtex Hoodie ($75), which looks way more expensive than it really is thanks to its cool mesh texture and structured shape. But here’s the catch: The jacket only has one size left in stock. In other words, you’d better swipe it up ASAP.

Even if you can’t get your hands on this exact hoodie, you can still glean something from this look. We like how Palermo teamed the bright white topper with all-black pieces, including leggings and Nike sneakers. The jacket pops against the black and lets it take center stage.
