The key to wearing them was perfectly demonstrated by Palermo. She paired her faded, distressed jeans with a very-2016 off-the-shoulder top and skinny scarf, along with a belt and her signature smoking slipper-style flats. By combining the throwback trend with modern pieces and tucking her blouse in, Palermo created an outfit that's inarguably appropriate for this season.
