While she's thus far abstained from a social media announcement, news of Mandy Moore's engagement to her boyfriend of two years, musician Taylor Goldsmith, have been swirling this week. And given that Moore just stepped out in Los Angeles with a shiny new engagement ring on her finger, it appears that the rumors are indeed true.
