Selena Gomez has earned plenty of accolades in her career, but now she can add yet another one: She's been named Billboard's Woman of the Year and will be honored at the magazine's Women in Music Awards, co-hosted by American Express. In the accompanying cover shoot, Gomez shows off one of the trends that will be huge next year: the power pantsuit. Her sleek tuxedo blazer (worn by itself), trousers, and pumps look as sultry as any party dress if you ask us. 

The interview is also more than worth a read. In addition to spilling about Justin Bieber and The Weeknd, Gomez opened up about what she's most proud of right now. "I’m really proud of where I am right now," she told the magazine. "I handle things in a healthy way...People are so terrified of other people. I see it in my generation a lot.
