Mango has become one of the most talked-about brands in fashion circles, and it has assembled a group of powerful influencers called the Mango Girls who show the best new arrivals on the site. The French Instagram set, including Camille Charrière and Anne-Laure Mais, have been persuading us to buy a particular pair of Mango shoes—a pair of strappy white stiletto heels with a square toe. This is one of the season's key microtrends, thanks to the likes of Jimmy Choo and Rosetta Getty who have embraced this slightly severe shoe silhouette. We throw around the term "signature style" a lot here at Who What Wear. We give you tips on how to develop your own and chronicle celebrities' trademark looks. But there's arguably no one better at sticking to their personal aesthetic than Paris Hilton. The icon knows exactly what she likes, and we'll always love her for it.

I love reading motivational books and articles. A few weeks ago, I was reading about pushing yourself to be the best. They talked about so often when we think about being the best, we are comparing ourselves to everyone else in the world trying to be “better” than them. Instead, we should be reflecting inwards and looking at “the best” in regards to ourselves. Did we REALLY give it OUR all and do OUR personal best. I loved this thought and it really hit home for me, because with the social media generation we live in, it’s so easy to compare ourselves to others when we should be comparing ourselves to is ourselves and our own individual progress. Seems weird when you say it, but ask yourself – are you really being the best version of yourself? The best mom you can be, friend, employee, entrepreneur, wife, daughter, etc. I can honestly say there are areas I am failing in, but I am always working on growing and being better.

Each year I set goals for myself, both goals to grow personally and grow my brands. The goals always align with what I achieved the year before, and setting benchmarks based off of where I was previously. Let’s just say we gre 10% last year, so this year I want to grow 12%. It’s not about look at another brand, trying to set my goals based off their performance or wanting to beat other brands. Instead it’s about pushing my own limits and looking within for ways to grow personally and in our own business endeavors.

This month Secret reached out about promoting their Clinical Strength line and talking about pushing your limits to reach higher and this is something I believe in so much! When you start pushing yourself to want the best out of life, you push for it in everything you do and use, which is why I use Secret. But instead of comparing your eating habits to someone else’s, or your career moves to another’s, just remember where you started and it will be so much easier to stick with your goals and succeed!

Hey guys! I am in full blown spring mode over here, especially because of all the spring pieces I have ready to wear! Luckily the weather has been warming up a bit so I can finally pack away all my winter clothes. I wanted to share some of my favorite finds with you guys today. You know my long love with pink, so at this point I basically consider it a neutral ;). I also don’t mind sometimes investing in higher quality pieces (Like this gorgeous bag) that are pinky or blush tones because they are one of my favorite colors to wear and don’t ever go out of style. You guys also probably know by know how much I’m loving the trouser trend, and I’m obsessed with these high waisted ones! Another one of my closet staples this year are statement shoes, and I’m in loveee with these pink slides. This off the shoulder top is another favorite, and it’s only $32!

Last year one of the most bought into trends was checked blazers, and Rosie Huntington Whiteley just confirmed that this is the look that keeps on giving. Rosie wore a grey checked double breasted blazer by Georgia Alice with matching wide-leg trousers. She then added some key 2018 accessories — a Gucci quilted belt bag and a pair of PVC sandals. The look also has an air of Victoria Beckham as she wore a pair of her visor sunglasses and a white crew neck T-shirt which has become a VB staple. Isn’t the Eiffel Tower just magical?! It gets me every time. This is one of my favorite outfits I’ve worn! It was really cold the first few days we were in Paris, so when the sun finally came out we were so excited to not have to be layered up anymore. I had picked out so many cute pieces for the trip because I thought it would be nice weather so I was glad to finally get to wear some of them. 😂

I am so obsessed with this dress – the sheer detailing, the ruffles – it was one of the pieces you try on and can’t wait to wear! mytheresa.com has so many amazing spring pieces right now. It’s definitely my go-to for stand out pieces, like this polka dot dress! Love the sheer detail with the bows. I also got this Gucci tee and this See By Chloe Dress, and how cute is this cropped button up? Also got these mules – obsessed with the color and with the lower heel they are super comfortable.

And accessories! Parisian style is all about the accessories so I love all the hats (this one is so chic!) and the head scarves. A silk scarf is a must-have this spring – just tie it around a loose pony or messy bun, or even tied around your bag to bring in more color to your look.

Blogging under the name of Accidental Icon, this professor of social work at Fordham University, New York, became an icon IRL when she starred in Mango's Story of Uniqueness campaign in 2017.

Unique Lyn Slater's style certainly is. Slater's outfits teeter around the avant-garde, comprising combinations from extra-wide trousers and a Pop Art lip-print coat, to a sculptural asymmetric back dress and a pair of sequin slouch boots.

She describes her style as “evolving, experimental, subversive" and takes a particular interest in designers from China, including Angel Chen and Yajun Design. Our top takeaways? Try a sculptural white shirt, pick out a pair of geometric sunglasses, and always, always, wear red lipstick.

We have been counting down the days until payday to splurge on the new Rouje collection, and Sienna Miller just confirmed the one thing we want to buy. At a party in New York Sienna wore the Momo top from Jeanne Damas' label, which has cute puffy sleeves, buttons down the front and a red floral print. Instagram fosters the rise of cult, buzzy brands and products, whether that's a Ganni banana T-shirt or a Wandler bag. It once was seen as a faux-pas to wear the same thing as someone else, but now at fashion week street style stars have no problem all carrying the exact same handbag and adopting a uniform. The Scandinavian set of influencers, such as Emili Sindlev and Jeanette Madsen, prove however that it is possible to all wear the same jumper, and still stay true to your own personal style. "The new found success of the Scandinavian it girls with their colorful, mixed-matched, sometimes man-repelling style are a testament to the fact that people do want to see things that break the mold sartorially speaking," says Ellie. And they give inspiration for how you can wear the T-shirt you see all over Instagram in your own way.

Of course you can't talk about the rise of a fashion uniform without mentioning the street style circuit. Street style historically used to be an authentic reflection of what people were wearing, but now it has turned into a performance with many dressing to be photographed and — just like with the like-generating grey jumpers and Gucci trainers— wearing the things that they know will be well-received. Street style photographer Romy Lux tells me: "There are a pair of Celine boots that I've seen at least once every single day of the fashion month." Personal style can be side-stepped in this arena, with women wearing Dad trainers or a plastic Chanel bucket hat, not because it will slot into their wardrobe and be worn for the next decade, but because it is bait for the crowds of cameras waiting outside the shows. "There are so many photographers working in street style who are only trained to look for certain labels or trends, and it's easy to play into that," says Deputy Editor of Fashionista Tyler McCall.
