If you know me, you know how much I love a good denim on denim look! Over the years jean jackets, chambray tops and just a good pair of blue denim jeans have been some of my go to staples in my closet.  The western look is a big trend for fall and I love how Wrangler has always had the most classic pieces that will last for years. I was so excited to look through their denim pieces and pick out some of my favorites to create this denim on denim look!  They are so versatile and I love that not only do they look good paired together as one all denim look, but the pieces are all perfect individually too. I really love this jean jacket paired with these cute acid wash jeans and white boots, but the jacket would also be cute with white or black denim as well as over a cute dress in the summer.  I love wearing denim year round and there are so many fun ways to wear it!

To dress up this look a little, I added some fun bright accents that really pop.  The all denim look paired with a colorful lip and bag makes the outfit perfect for a night out with girlfriends!  Are you trying out the western trend for fall? Is anyone else as obsessed with Rachel Zane from Suits’ work wardrobe as I am?! I love all of the classic work looks so much! Still so sad she’s not on the show anymore! Since I don’t dress up for work every single day, I love finding a good event like this one at Saks Fifth Avenue to stock up on work attire so that I have new cute pieces ready in my closet for meetings! Is there anything more convenient than Amazon these days?! In our house we love to order as much as we can from them. Guys! I am so excited to share this fall campaign we shot a couple weeks ago! I am always looking forward to fall fashion. There are endless layer options and countless accessories, but one of my favorite accessories is one that you’ll wear year-round – eyewear! Whether it’s eyeglasses or sunglasses, eyewear is really one piece that fully completes a look, and it’s crazy how a different pair of frames can totally transform a look.

After I had Beckam my eyesight got worse! I don’t know if that’s a thing of if it was coincidence, or was just a part of aging, but my vision isn’t as strong as it used to be. Funny thing, in high school I ALWAYS wanted glasses. I tried to purposely fail my eye exams so I could get my parents to buy my glasses. Didn’t do a good enough job faking it 😉 so I always bought plain lens frames (without a prescription) because I loved glasses to much!

Now that I have a true need for them, I love getting to add glasses to my looks. To be honest, I somehow always misplace them though! I usually have my sunglasses spread out all around my car, house, and bags so I always have a pair somewhere, but I only had a few prescription glasses so I’ve been on the lookout for new frames to have them handy. Happy Sunday! Sundays are the day of the week I do my weekly skin maintenance and pampering. Good skin is all about getting in the habit of a skincare regimen. I think most of us know this by now. 🙂 But that involved daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly care.

If you think about it, a good skin day starts the night before. You should always be using a Retinol every night. (If you have drier skin, or are just trying retinol for the firt time try layering a moisturizer over or altering every other day.)  I used to be hesitant about using a Retinol because my skin is so sensitive, but I love Vichy’s LiftActiv Retinol – it’s a powerful antioxidant (Vitamin A) and helps accelerate cell turnover on the skin’s surface and reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles. It also has Vichy’s Mineralizing Thermal Water which is at the core of all the Vichy products and one of my favorite ingredients – it has 15 different minerals that strengthen and protect your skin against daily aggressors like pollution, stress, and fatigue. If you haven’t tried a Retinol yet, this is a great one to start with.

Two products you should be consistently using in the morning are a sunscreen (I know I’m sounding like a broken record, but seriously – never skip it!) and one of my new recent favorites I’ve shared recently, a Vitamin C serum. (Love Vichy’s LiftActiv Vitamin C Serum – you can read more about why in this post.) These products are all great for sensitive skin too (they’re paraben-free). The combo of a Retinol, SPF, and Vitamin C serum is the most recommended anti-aging regimen by U.S. dermatologists so you want to make sure you are religious about using these three!

I always get a ton of questions about my skincare routine, and I love sharing my favorite products but I think the biggest thing in getting great skin is being consistent! I think we are all really good about doing our full skincare routine when our skin is acting up, but it’s so easy to start skipping steps when your skin is back on track. Being consistent with your skincare routine is the best way to get consistently good skin, so I wanted to put together my skincare schedule with things you should be doing on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Who else is ready for fall?!  The weather has been cooling off some in Utah and it has me so excited for fall weather and of course…fall fashion!  I just got this top and suede pencil skirt .
